Had it checked at two different place's, it's 14k as described ,from Turkey. Which is good quality. Just bought the 3.85 for my husband, hope fully no problems will report with in 30 days! UPDATE.,,,Jan 28 , the necklace was replaced with the 3.05, it's held up worn with another Cuban chain also bought on Amazon, it's not breaking she is sleeping with it on and bathing as well. I bought the 3.85mm mariner, 24" is sturdy also sleep and shower with it on, just bought a 16" same size and going to add 5" to it to make it little longer for me, I'm a big guy with a fast neck so 29 inches should be prefect, solid gold had it looked at also too have it extended, but it is worth it , 14k gold solid its a good price,
