I liked how easily my mask hooked onto this chain and I loved how light weight it was around my neck. I also liked that it was very neutral,not gold or silver so it did not interfere with my necklaces that I was wearing. Unfortunately, when I pulled it out of my purse to wear one day, one of the plastic links had broken which made it unusable. I had bought it to use on my trip to Italy to make it easier to keep my mask at the ready, while freeing up my hands & decreasing the chances of me dropping and losing my mask. I only got to wear it the first day of our trip before it broke. I kept it in a smaller pocket in my purse so heavy items were not sitting on it.I finally had the opportunity to use the mask chain this weekend and it worked great! I knew where my mask was at all times and didn’t have to keep digging it out from the bottom of my purse or realizing I left it in the car when running errands.The chain is just long enough but not too long to get caught on things. The lobster claw clasps make it easy to put on and take off the mask although it may not work on masks with a thicker ear band. The chain is thin but doesn’t feel like it would break too easily.I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a cute mask strap that doesn’t look like a office lanyard.I purchased the black leather lanyard for my masks. Good quality and attractive. Very comfortable, much better than having the mask around my neck when I don't need it. Also, when outside I can have my mask comfortably off until coming in contact with other people and quickly put it on. The only suggestion I have is that it would help tohave a larger claw clasp option. The small clasp fits elastic ear loops, but it's too small for some of my masks thathave stretchy cloth ear loops. I plan to put a jump ring on those loops so the claw clasp can attach to it.Nice necklace to hold mask. It seems thinner, finer than others so looks more like a jewelry chain. It doesn’t adjust but I was able to make a loose knot which does the trick. Now I don’t have to worry about my mask falling on the ground, having the wind blow it off my face when I might have it dangling on one ear, or finding a place to put it when I want to briefly take it off. The clasp fits the style of mask loops that I use. Had a few compliments already.This is a great idea but doesn't really work. I only used it three times and it broke! I am very gentle with things and especially something light and fragile like this, honestly it didn't appear to be very strong when I received it, so I was concerned. Additionally, the clasp clips to the ear straps and it slides around, so the mask is usually hanging like a tiny basket on your chest. I am not returning because it costs more than it's worth to ship it! I would not recommend buying this. Look for a more substantial chain.If you are like me, you forget to have a mask on sometimes when you leave the car to go into a store. I have to use a cane right now & going back to the car for a mask is a real issue. This makes life so much simpler. I put it on before I leave the house with the mask hanging down & where ever I go all day long,my mask is right there when I need it. It looks great too & is very light. I hardly know it's there.I love the tortoise shell mask chain. It’s comfortable to wear all day and looks stylish. It shipped quickly and arrived before expected. Highly recommend.I wanted to edit this review and rave about this company’s customer service. I contacted them about a problem I had with my mask chain less than a month after purchasing. They responded to my email in LESS than 10 minutes and mailed me a new mask chain immediately! I received the replacement today and even a little free gift! Quality people. As a practical woman, I look for the best product to fulfill my needs. This face mask chain fits both requirements. This chain is my signature color - pink - and keeps my masks close and clean when I can slip them off for a few minutes when away from my students. This chain is the perfect weight; it doesn’t pull or weigh down my mask.I highly recommend this face mask chain!Look at the advert photo closely and you'll see that the link that connects the cord with the tiny hook/carabiner is extremely small and fragile. It's probably for small delicate jewellery. It's not up to the rigours of being out and about, for a long time, especially in a crowd, when a bump could see it broken off.I didn't properly register the negative customer reviews, until I received my order. Please don't make my mistake. Look for something with a larger stronger connector even if it means paying a bit more.This cord and hook/carabiner no doubt has a use but I don't believe it's for the one being advertised.Wouldn't be without them!Have dropped a star as one of the claws was so stiff and broke off on first use scattering beads everywhere!Beautiful and strongDon't bother buying both chains was broken on arrivalCame yesterday and didnt have a clasp on to fit it on to my face mask.
